We train high school and middle school athletes in building strength, speed, agility, power, and athleticism. We work with athletes from all sports, including football, wrestling, soccer, tennis, hockey, and ice skating. Our programming is designed by expert coaches and incorporates top-notch speed and agility training techniques, as well as an intense AND safe strength training protocol. Over the course of our program, athletes build power, explosiveness, etc. Some of our past and current athletes include Division One college football and hockey players and an Olympic qualifying figure skater.
