Athlete Program

We train high school and middle school athletes in building strength, speed, agility, power, and athleticism. We work with athletes from all sports, including football, wrestling, soccer, tennis, hockey, baseball, softball, lacrosse, dance, field hockey, and ice skating. Our programming is designed by expert coaches and incorporates top-notch speed and agility training techniques, as well as an intense AND safe strength training protocol. Over the course of our program, athletes will see growth in strength, speed, mobility, and endurance. Some of our past and current athletes include Division One football and hockey players and a figure skater on the U.S. national team.

This innovative program is run as a collaboration between the coaches of RC Training & Fitness and the physical therapists of The Movement Guild. Our staff includes a Certified Functional Strength Coach, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, a Licensed Physical Therapist, and a Biomechanical Expert. This unique and elite training team will assess each athlete’s individual needs and program accordingly, ensuring maximum benefits for athletes from all backgrounds.

If you are not quite sure if this program is for you, we encourage you to sign up for a complimentary Integrated Movement Assessment. This innovative assessment will provide you with insight into your current physical condition, mobility limitations, and assess any current injury or dysfunction impacting your performance or path to recovery. The Integrated Movement Assessment is available to everyone, even if you do not register for our Athlete Training Program.
