One day, you simply wake up and realize that you have no more excuses. This, is the single most exhilarating – and freeing day of your life. The day that all your dreams are realized in a moment and you begin taking real steps towards your goals. I have always cared about fitness, health, and being in tune with nature. I found however, that I was missing the most crucial component: caring about myself. Now, armed with a wealth of information acquired over the past 8 years, I plan to document my pursuit of maximum human potential. The Human Body is an amazing thing and can do far more than we thought. I want to see what one man, with one body is capable of. To quote T.S. Eliot: “Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go”. Looking forward to the journey, my friends.
