6-Week Kickstart Membership – Come train at the top gym in Oak Park for 6 weeks with no long term commitment!
After your movement assessment & consultation session, your first 6 weeks of training starts with a 1-on-1 Personal Training session.
In this session, we will coach you through all of the fundamental movements to determine the best exercises and format for your custom training program. The 1-on-1 session will also give you a chance to become better acclimated with the gym. During the session, we will focus on any issues that came up during your assessment and will further discuss your goals.
For your 6-week Kickstart Membership, you will train in 2-3 semi-private training sessions each week.
Semi-Private Training Programs are offered in month-to-month & 12 month plans.
Semi-Private Training – Our Most Popular Option. Work with a coach in groups of no more than 5 people. Every member receives fully customized programming for their training, written up by an elite coach. Every training session provides a coach on the floor, making sure you are getting the most out of your program, and using proper technique.
This level of attention allows you to learn more advanced and effective exercises than you would at other gyms. Semi-Private Training combines the fun environment of group training with the customization and high level coaching of personal training!
*Cleared members also have full access to open gym.
Open Gym - All cleared Semi-Private Training Members have full access to our open gym hours. During open gym, members can work on base conditioning, or do our MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) of the week.
1-on-1 Personal Training – work with one of our trainers in a 1:1 ratio. This is for anyone looking for the elite training and results that this level of attention provides. This is most ideal for anyone with very specific, athletic, or time sensitive goals. There are lots of trainers out there. We’ll show you how a truly elite trainer can help you reach your goals and become strong, healthy, and happy.
