RC Fitness is currently a 1-on-1 training studio. We plan to move to a larger space in the near future where we will begin offering semi-private and group training options. For those who can't make it to RC Fitness or for those who can only make it sporadically, we have distance/online training options as well.
Each client who trains at RC Fitness is given a full assessment and their own custom programming to reach their goals. Not only will you get a great workout every session, you will also learn how to stay fit and healthy outside of the gym. At RC Fitness, we believe in empowering our clients, not keeping them in the dark about our methods. People choose to stay with us because of how quickly they reach their goals, not because they have no clue how to do it themselves. In addition to our positive attitude, this goal of empowerment is probably what most sets us apart from commercial gyms in the area.
A typical 60 minute session may look something like this, though all individual programs vary:
10 minutes - Mobility work & Warm-ups
10 minutes - Athletic movements & Plyometrics
20 minutes - Strength Training (Squats, Deadlifts, Push-ups, TRX Rows, etc.)
15 minutes - Metabolic Circuits (high-tempo exercises)
5 minutes - Cool Down / Stretch
